My name is Jenny Chatley. I live in the village of Stanwick in Northamptonshire. I have been painting using the dotting technique for about 12 years. I dot on any suitable surface I can find.
I have found the creative nature of dotting very good for my mental health and that’s one of the reason I spend so much time painting.
I am currently painting on occasional tables, natural pebbles, moulded pebbles, hand moulded tea light holders, glasses cases, notebooks, fridge magnets, key fobs and plates, as well as some Christmas baubles (very tricky).
I paint because it helps me. Over the years I have accumulated many painted objects and so now I’m selling some so that others can enjoy my art. My prices are low, simply to cover my costs.
I will have a range of my work for sale in a community shed stall at Rushden Lakes on:
Saturday 14 November (pink shed)
Tuesday 15 December (lilac shed)
Sunday 20 December (pink shed)
I will be at the Craft Fair at the Nene Centre, Thrapston on Saturday 5 December 12.30 to 2.30
I am happy to accept both card and cash payments
